2026 Growth and Mindest Reading

This reading is meant to help you focus on what you need to do to grow and reset your mindset in 2026. This past year was a challenge to so many, including myself, and I thought it would be helpful for all of us to get a little extra guidance heading into the new year. This was a 5 card Growth and Mindset spread utilizing the Intuitive Whispers deck by Maude Hirst.
Card 1 – Mindset Shift: “Split Your Focus”

Move into 2026 recognizing that a balance between inward and outward reflection is necessary for continued growth. 2025 challenged the strength of our spirit and soul. By shifting this balance of inner and outer observation, we can begin to uncover what may be missing within ourselves. Finding this balance—and reducing excessive outward focus—can help ease stress, fear, and anxiety that often stem from a lack of inward reflection.
Card 2 – Early Growth: “Become Your Own Priority”

Piggybacking on the mindset shift, early growth in 2026 hinges on our ability to prioritize ourselves and intentionally bring balance and peace into our lives. Self-care and prioritizing “me” can take many forms—spa days, meditation, time with friends or family, or simply the art of saying “no.” However you choose to prioritize yourself, be mindful of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries to protect your inner focus and balance.
Card 3 – Old Fears Holding You Back: “What Is Meant for You Will Find You”

Many of us struggle with patience while waiting for what is “meant” for us. In 2026, we are asked to trust that the universe provides what we need, not always what we think we need. Our spicy little solar plexus chakras may need a break—letting go of control so our Spirit Guides and the Universe can work their magic. Growth also comes from recognizing when it’s time to release fear and anything else that is holding us back from our truest intentions.
Card 4 – Reminder of the Mindset Shift: “Intuitive Journaling”

Throughout 2026, you may need gentle reminders to continue shifting your mindset. One way to support this is through journaling or another reflective practice that helps anchor the intentions you’ve set. Journaling allows us to quiet the rational mind and tap into higher consciousness and intuitive guidance.
Card 5 – Growth Mindset Potential: “Move Through Your Fear”

This card is a powerful reminder that fear can be one of the biggest blocks to growth and mindset shifts. Pushing ourselves through discomfort is often where the growth we seek actually lives. When we stop avoiding what scares us and instead move through it with intention, we reclaim our personal power. Remember, it is never too late to face fears head-on and experience truly life-altering mindset changes.
